Ingredients

    1 banana
    1/2 cup of orange juice
    2 TB of yogurt
    1 TB of Flax Oil
    2 TB of flax seed meal
    0.5 oz of Soy Protein

Directions

Blend everything except flax seeds for easier clean-up. Pour in a cup. Stir in flax seeds.
