Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 g raw
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp, divided
    * fllour totrilla, Old El Passo or El Sabor, 8 serving
    * Green Beel Peppers, 1 medium, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    * MILNER cheese, 125 g, grated
    * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 8 Tbs
    * Salsa, 0.5 cup (I prefer it mild and chunky)
    * Salt and pepper to taste
