Introduction

Thin crepes to put toppings in and roll up. Serve with sugar & cinnamon, jam or other crepe-type fillings. Nutrition is only for pancakes, not including toppings. Ingredients

    1 C Milk
    2 T Butter
    2 Eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 C Flour
    1 t Baking Powder
    1/2 t Salt

Directions

Heat milk and butter in a saucepan. Cool slightly, then beat in eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth. Batter is very thin. Cook like regular pancakes or grease a small skillet lightly. Heat skillet and pour in batter, 1/4-1/3 cup. Tilt pan to coat bottom of pan. Cook about one minute, loosen with spatula and flip onto heated griddle. Turn several times until a delicate golden brown. Makes 10 thin pancakes.
