Ingredients

1.25 lbs extra lean turkey breast tenderloin,
4.5 cups deluxe stir fry veggies
3 cups cooked white minute rice
1 tbs extra virgin light olive oil
Directions
Cook 3 servings of rice as directed on box. In a large skillet heat 1 tbs olive oil. Add cubed turkey and brown. When turkey is browned add veggies, reduce heat and cover. Cook until veggies reach desired tenderness. Serve over rice. Makes 3 servings.
