Ingredients

10 oz of strongly brewed black coffee (day old works best, just put leftovers in the fridge overnight!)
1/4 cup of 1% milk (I use 1% because I like a little richness to it, but skim works, as well, so does whole milk)
2 tbsps of maple syrup or you can use a dash of maple extract and add sugar or sugar substitute
    Lot's of ice

Directions

This is a very versatile recipe, you can make it with milk, or soy if you prefer, sugar, sugar substitute, maple syrup, honey, you can add chocolate syrup instead if you like. Almost any way you make it, you are going to be saving LOT'S of calories over buying one at a cafe! And you are saving money too. The cost of making one at home is 2/3rds or more less than buying it out!

So stash that cash you save by making your summer go to drink at home, and buy yourself a decent water bottle to bring it along with you!
