    2 Slices whole wheat bread
    1 egg
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup 1% Milk


Mix egg, cinnamon, vanilla and milk until well blended. Dip bread in mixture, cook in skillet on medium heat until bottom side is slightly brown, Flip. Cook 1 more minute or until the other side is slightly browned,
