    *Weight Watcher's Rye Bread, 1.5 serving (remove)
    *parm cheese grated, 48 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)


Directions

soak bread in water, hand mix meat with otyher ingredients (spice to taste) roll into golf ball size meatballs and simmer in marinara sause for about 30 minutes.Makes about 14 meatballs
