Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz. Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta (dry)
    2 c Frozen Sweet Peas (cooked)
    11 oz. Albacore Tuna (drained & rinsed)
    2 ea. Hard Boiled Eggs
    1/2 c. Diced Raw Onion
    6 tbsp Kraft Mayo w/Olive Oil

Directions

Cook Pasta and drain.
Hard boil eggs, drain and remove shell. Cut up eggs into 1/4" x 1/4" pieces or break up using a fork.
Cook peas (boil or use microwave steamer bag). Rinse in cold water to cool.
Drain and rinse 3 six ounce cans of albacore tuna (this will yield about 11 ounces of tuna).

In a large mixing bowl add the TUNA, PEAS, EGGS, ONION and MAYO. Mix together thoroughly. Now add the PASTA and mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Cool pasta salad for 2-4 hours. Then enjoy.

Makes 9 servings. Serving size is 1 cup.
