Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs. ground chicken breasts ( I do this in my food processer)
    2 cloves minced or pressed garlic
    1 c. onions, finely chopped
    2 t. seasoning salt
    4 T. fresh basil, minced (1 T. dry)
    2 eggs, beaten lightly
    1/2 c. 1% milk
    1/3 c. certified GF oat flakes
    1/3 c. certified GF oat flour
    1/3 c. parmesan cheese
    1T. grapeseed oil

Directions

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until well incorporated. Let sit for 10 minutes. Shape into balls and bake on a lightly greased foil lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Makes 36 meatballs

Use in any recipe requiring meatballs.
