    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 C sliced fresh onions
    1 med green pepper, chopped (not included in nutrional value)
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 can (14 Oz) diced tomatoes undrained
    1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
    1/2 C ketchup
    1/2 C beef broth
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp brown suar
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    6 C hot cooked spaghetti


6 servings (1 C pasta)

1. Prepare crock pot with cooking spray or crock pot liner
2. In a large skillet, cook turkey, onions, mushrooms, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until turkey is done. Drain
3. Transfer to crock pot. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, ketchup, broth, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cumin and chili powder
4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
5. Serve over spaghetti
