Ingredients

    - 1 Can of OLD EL PASO Refried Beans with mild chilies
    - 1 Small Can of whole or sliced UNICO Black olives
    - 2 Medium Ripe Tomoatoes (Vine-rippened hot-house are best or Romas)
    - 3 Tostadas (hydrogenated oil free; bought or homemade)

Directions

Place measured refried beans into a microwave safe bowl and cover with a microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for two to four minutes. Stir every two minutes until very hot.

(Once the beans are hot use oven mitts to remove the bowl from microwave and leave covered with the plate as they get cold very quickly.)

While refried beans are warming cut tomatoes into quarters (or smaller) and cut the black olives into slices (if applicable).

Once beans are hot, spread with a spoon on each of the three tostadas about an inch thick. Add desired amount of olives and tomatoes to taste.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Want meat and/or cheese? These taste great with a finger full of shredded cheddar or jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese. For meat I recommend chicken breast, ground turkey, or extra lean ground beef. I use CLUB HOUSE taco seasoning to add extra spicy flavour to the meat.
