    1 small can Mild Rotel
    1 bag of frozen Black Eye Peas
    2 Smoked Turkey Neck cut into quarter pieces


Boil salt and turkey necks for 5 minutes
Add black eye peas and boil for 5 minutes
Lower heat and cook for 35 minutes
Drain most of the water and add the rotel
Cook on low for an additional 15 minutes
