Ingredients

    1 cup long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans Campbells beef broth (10 1/2 oz. each)

Directions

Brown long grain rice in olive oil and butter. Put in a casserole dish and pour 2 cans beef broth over rice. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
