Carrots, cooked, 57 grams (2 oz)
Onions, raw, 142 grams (about half an onion)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 156 grams (1 pepper)
Broccoli, cooked, 213 grams (large head minus stems)
Zucchini, 234 grams (1 zucchini)
Garlic, 14 grams (2 cloves)
Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried, 12.32 oz (0.77 lb)
Soy Sauce, Kroger, 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil, 1tsp
Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
La Choy Teriyaki Sauce, 4 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Garlic powder, 2 tsp
Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper, 1-2 tbs
Pampered Chef Asian Seasoning Mix, 1 tsp
Cilantro, dried, 1 tsp
Directions
Chop veggies and pork first into bite sized chunks.
SautŽ garlic, carrots, and onions in all the seasonings, oils, and sauce except the teriyaki which is saved for later.
Add the pork and brown on both top and bottom in the seasonings.
Add green peppers, broccoli and zucchini to the mix and cover with teriyaki sauce.
Mix all together carefully and sautŽ for another 5-10 minutes (until the broccoli is tender) letting all the flavors mix, and moving around every once and a while.
Serve hot over rice.
