Ingredients

    1 large onion chopped
    2 stalks of broccoli chopped
    796 ml (can) of Equality diced tomatoes
    550 grams of lean ground beef
    cayan pepper
    salt

Directions

Mix cayan pepper, salt, chopped onions and ground beef in pan.
Once ground beef nearly cook, put in strainer and rinse.
In a pan, add all ingredients and finish cooking.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
