Introduction

Ingredients

Mixture:
3/4 c. Egg Substitute
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Bread:
9 slices Whole Grain, low calorie Bread
Topping: (per slice)
Parkay Spray Margarine
1 Tbs Powdered Sugar
Directions
Mix egg substitute, Skim Milk, cinnamon, & nutmeg together in a bowl...
Dip bread covering both sides evenly.
Heat in warm skillet or on griddle until first side is golden brown.... Then flip and brown other side
To serve Spritz with spray butter then dust with Powdered Sugar....
For measurement purposes a serving is 1 slice.... but I typically eat 2....
