Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    6 cups of Whole Wheat Pasta (Any style)
    3 cups of chopped spinach (raw)
    1 cup of chopped onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    4 tbsp of garlic powder
    1 tbsp of basil
    1 tbsp of oregano
    1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp of olive oil

Directions

Mix basil, oregano, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
Coat chicken breast with mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. Bake chicken at 350 for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160-170 degrees. Chicken can be prepared the night before
Slice chicken in strips and set aside.
Sautee spinach, onion, and garlic in olive oil until spinach is wilted.
Toss vegetable mixture with pasta. Arrange on a plate.
Place chicken strips and parmesan cheese on top.
