Ingredients


    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup Orginal Almond Breeze
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3 tsp cinnamon

Directions

mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spray pan first with light olive oil. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into pan. Should be able to cook 3 pancakes at a time. Will need to cook each side of pancakes 2-3 minutes.

Makes 6 pancakes (2 pancakes per serving)

    Very Good
    I just made them for breakfast, and they were pretty good. I will use a little less salt next time to cut down on the sodium a bit. Thanks for sharing the recipe! :) - 5/26/12
