Introduction
I used the salami because is what I had on hand. But you can substitute for a healthier lunch meat. Only 70 calories for each salami slice. I used the salami because is what I had on hand. Ingredients

2 slices of salami cotto from oscar meyer chopped
.5 cups of red bell pepper, chopped
.5 cups of onions, chopped
6 large eggs
6 soft flour tortillas (6" mexamerica tortillas) 80 calories each
canola oil spray
Directions
1. On a hot skillet spray with canola oil and add the chopped onions, peppers, and salami for about 2 minutes or until done.
2. Beat eggs, and once veggies are done and them to the egg mixture and use the same skillet to cook the scramble eggs.
3. On another skillet heat up flour tortillas for about 30 seconds
To serve this dish:
Each tortilla gets some of the scramble eggs,
You can add cheese but add the extra calories!!!
