Ingredients

    2 lbs of Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    1 1/2 pkg of lasagna noodles
    2 cups shredded lowfat sharp cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 pkgs of fat free cream cheese
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    2 - 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes
    1/4 c of tomato sauce
    1 or 2 oz red wine
    1 cup diced onion
    3 garlic cloves chopped up
    Spice to taste

Directions

Boil the lasagna noodles until soft. In another pan, cook the ground turkey, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and wine - spice to taste. In a bowl, mix room temp. cream cheese and sour cream. In a 9X13 baking pan layer noodles, hamburger mixture, and cream cheese mixture and repeat. At the end, sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
