    .5 cup Egg Beaters
    1 cup diced Tomato
    1 cup sliced Zucchini


Saute zucchini til soft or until desired tenderness. Add tomatoes and continue to saute. Add Egg Beaters and wait til it sets. Fold once. Serves 2.
