Ingredients

    8-inch piece of fresh ginger root, sliced
    3 fresh lemons, peeled
    1/2 cup honey
    1 cup hot water

    Makes 8 Servings

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Strain to remove pulp.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups of concentrated tonic. To drink, mix 1/4 cup concentrate with about 1 cup of water. Try it hot, iced, or cold & fizzy!
