Ingredients

    *Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, large can
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 bag
    Onions, raw, 1 small, chopped
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 2 small cans
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Salt
    Pepper
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)
    Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Prepare a bag of egg noodles by cooking in boiling water until done. Mix with tuna, soup, chopped onion, chopped chile, and milk. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Put into a casserole dish. In a separate dish, mix melted butter and bread crumbs. Spread on top of the noodle mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Add a vegetable or salad dish to the meal for a complete dinner.
