Introduction

This is a family favorite! When I need a chinese food fix this is low fat and delish!! This is a family favorite! When I need a chinese food fix this is low fat and delish!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3c white or brown rice
    1c cabbage
    .5c carrots
    .5c egg beaters
    .25 raw onions
    0.5 cooked broccoli
    .5 yellow sweet corn
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tsp garlic
    2 tsp ginger root

Directions

Heat a skillet or wok, add the olive oil. Chop all veggies into bite size pieces, add to hot skillet with garlic and ginger. Keep cabbage seperate (it cooks faster). Cook veggies for 5mins stirring a couple times. Push veggies to the side of skillet/wok and add egg beaters cooking til set. Add cabbage, stir til slightly done then add rice and sesame oil. Heat through and eat.

*Using leftover rice is best, or at least cooked then refridgerated.
* I also use any leftover meats or veggies.
* Can be strictly vegetarian
