Called beach bread not only for the fruit inside it but because it's got a tropical taste!

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Cup of Splenda (or other artificial sweetener)
    2 Cups of self-rising flour
    (OR
    2 Cups of flour and 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt)

    4 Small Ripe Peaches, peeled
    1 Small Ripe Banana
    1/2 Cup Light Butter, softened
    3 Eggs

Directions

With a fork, mash the bananas and peaches and put in a bowl, set aside. To save time, you could eventually use a food processor.
Mix the Splenda, butter, and eggs in a large bowl.
Add the mashed bananas and peaches, mix well.
Add the flour and mix well.
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour in the mixture.
Put pan in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 12 1/2 inch slices!
