Ingredients

1 bag of soy crumblers
6 strips uncooked whole wheat Lasgana noodles
1 can chopped tomato
1 can tomato sauce
3 tsp minced garlic
1/2 onion
1 egg
1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup low fat parm cheese
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
Directions
Add crumblers onion and garlic to a skillet tomatoes and tomato sauce and cook on low. Add crumbled lasagna noodles and cook about 25 minutes till noodles are tender. While that mixture is cooking mix cottage cheese parm cheese and one egg. Drop spoon size cheese mixture and mozzarella cheese into pan and cook for additional 5 minutes
