Introduction

Uses nutritional yeast, and 1 slice equals one serving. Uses nutritional yeast, and 1 slice equals one serving.

Ingredients

    1 block firm tofu, drained and cut into 8 slices
    1 Tbs. nutritional yeast
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. honey
    Pinch of cayenne

Directions

Slice drained and pressed tofu into 8 slices. Place in shallow baking dish.

Whisk rest of ingredients together in small bowl and pour over tofu.

Bake at 400*F for about 45 minutes, checking tofu, turning once.

    Did not seem to have enough ingredients to "pour" over the tofu and I was unable to whisk them. Had to use a spoon to mix. - 3/8/15
