Ingredients

2 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves- cut into strips,4 cups
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 4.5 oz pkge dry Alfredo sauce mix
2 tbs pesto
8 oz dry penne pasta
1 tbs Parmesan cheese
Directions
heat oil in large skillet, med heat
add garlic, cook 1 min: then add chicken, cook 8 min or no longer pink, add spinach, saute together 4 min
meanwhile make Alfredo per directions, add 2 tbs pesto
cook pasta, al dente, rinse in cold water
add chicken mix to pasta, then mix in Alfredo sauce, top with cheese
enjoy!
