* Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup (remove)
* Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
* Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
* Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
* Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated (remove)
* Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
* Oats, .75 cup (remove)
* Semisweet chocolate, .5 cup chips (6 oz package) (remove)
* Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)
* Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.25 cup (remove)
* *Dried Cherries, 0.25 cup (remove)
* Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
* Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)

Directions
Combine wet: apples, oil, vanilla, eggs, bananas.
Add dry: flours, granulated sugar, leaving, spices, oats.
Fold in: fruits, nuts, chips.
Scoop into muffin cups. Sprinkle small amount of brown sugar on top.
Bake 350 degrees about 15-18 minutes.
