-
*2 cups of white rice
*2 cups of water
*1 Knorr Bouillon Cube
*2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
*3 chicken breasts (or 1lb) cut in to bite sized peices
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Prep work...
In a large pot, set 2 cups of water to boil, add the Knorr Bouillon to disolve while boiling.
Once water is boiling at 2 cups of rice.
Stir and let it come to a boil (or when the rice begans to make "craters")
Cover and Reduce heat to low, allow to cook for 20 minutes.
In a heated frying pan, add chicken peices and brown, season with a little bit of fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt.
Once chicken is cooked throughly, add cream of mushroom soup (mix as directed on can) to chicken.
Let that simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
You can either add the chicken mixture to the rice to make the cassorle effect, or serve with the chicken mixture on top of rice.
This dish is great if you throw in veggies (corn, green beans or brocolli) into the chicken mixture.
Enjoy :)
