Ingredients

    1 box elbow macaroni
    1 lb ground beef
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    3c canned crushed tomatoes
    1tsp ea basil, oregeno, cumin
    salt and pepper
    2c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook macaroni. Meanwhile brown garlic, onion, pepper, and beef in a skillet. Add tomatoes and spices. Mix with macaroni in a baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly.

    Good
    I left the seasoning out and added a can of Rotel and a lb of bob Evans sausage. I use 1lb Valletta cheese for the cheese. 1 TBL Worcestershire and 1 TBL garlic powder. 1/4 onion chopped. I also used shells for pasta. 1 lb 85/15 beef. - 11/29/17
