Introduction

With all the fresh fruit that is around I tried to make an old classic a little healthier. With all the fresh fruit that is around I tried to make an old classic a little healthier.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Rogers Porridge Oats with Oat bran, wheat bran
    1/2 cup whole wheat or white flour
    1/4 cup butter softened
    1/2 cup brown sugar losely packed
    1 large egg whipped
    1 cup fresh berries
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Spray 8x11 inch pan with Pam.

Put in the berries and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix in bowl oats, flour and sugar. Add butter and whipped egg. Mix all together until the mixture forms little marbles. Spread over berries.
Cook in oven at 350F for 30 about minutes or until fruit is cooked and top is browned.
Serves about 8 2"x4" squares
