Introduction
My own Maryland style shrimp pizza with a little kick from Old Bay seasoning My own Maryland style shrimp pizza with a little kick from Old Bay seasoningNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
Pizza Crust Dough
Tomato Sauce
10 - 15 medium shrimp
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Crushed Red Pepper
Black Pepper
Salt (to taste)
Directions
First let me state I'm not sure about the quantity of the ingredients. I usually measure by the palm of my hand. There should be enough shrimp to make one large pizza. Adjust to you taste as you please.
Pre heat oven to 425.
Peel and de-vein your shrimp. Cover with Old Bay Seasoning (you can find it in the seafood section of your grocery store) Set aside.
I usually make my own dough, but any store bought dough will do. Shape dough into pizza pan. Cover dough with tomato sauce. Sprinkle on herbs and any veggies you like. Cover with cheeses (again any cheese you like would probably be great) Place shrimp on top. Place in preheated oven, bake for 12 to 15 minutes (make sure your shrimp are pink all the way through).
