Introduction

This is a vegan alternate to French Toast, I made it for my boyfriend who is very picky about Vegan food and he loved it, he even had 2nds and told me that he wouldn't mind if I made it again.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups Vanilla Soy Milk

    4-5 Tablespoons Flour (1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons)

    3 Teaspoons Sugar

    Dash of Cinnamon -- depending on your taste I don't like a lot of Cinnamon

    Bread Slices -- Your Choice

Directions

Mix flour, soy milk, vegan sugar and cinnamon to form a batter. Dip bread and fry in lightly greased pan until golden brown. Sprinkle with vegan powdered sugar or some Maple Syrup.

This recipe makes 8 servings, 1 serving being 1 piece of bread. Although it could make more or less depends on the size of your bread.
