Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head (2 LBS) quartered cored and cut into 1/2" strips
    pam cooking spray
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Apples, fresh, 2 medium , Peeled cored sliced 1/4"
    *Canola Oil, 3 tbls
    *Caraway Seed, 1 tbsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 dash
    Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Brown Sugar .25 cup

Directions

Pre heat oven to 425. lightly spray roasting or sheet pan with with pam.
In a large cowl combine cabbage, onion, and apples. Add the oil caraway seeds, allspice salt and pepper. toss to coat arrange in single layer in pan
DO NOT WAS BOWL
roast for 30 minutes until browned and tender. stirring occasionally for even cooking
Return the roasted cabbage mixture to bowl. add brown sugar and vinegar toss to coat.
serve hot
