Introduction

This is all a very flexible recipe. I often do more or less of everything. I use the Slim Fast powder, not the shake. Things I add sometimes: peanut butter, flax seed, etc. I mostly wanted to know how many calories I ingest. 1 smoothie is usually enough to last me the morning, although sometimes I have an egg to go with it. Ingredients

    Skim milk, Slim Fast Chocolate Royale powder, frozen blackberries, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, banana (I often freeze it, low fat/fat free yogurt, see intro...

Directions

Throw it all in the blender! Pour into 3 cups.

    i'm anxious to try this as I'm on the Herbalife diet and always looking for higher protein drinks. I will however add more fiber complex and some of the Herbalife powder shake mix. will let you know!! - 7/19/09
