Introduction

This is the best way to consume an apple, it tastes like warm apple pie, minus all the bad stuff! Also great as dessert. My kids love it to have their fruit this way! Ingredients

    1 apple, preferable sweet
    artificial sweetener like splenda
    ground cinnamon

Directions

Cut your apple in bite-sized pieces and put them in a mircowavable dish. Leave the skin on for extra fiber.
Heat the dish up for 1 minute in your microwave.
Sprinkle some splenda and ground cinnamon over the apple pieces and ENJOY!

Low cal snack, good for kids and also a nice dessert.
