    5 leg quarters
    4 oz chipotle tomato salsa
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 tbs canola oil
    1 tsp salt


Boil chicken.
drain then shred.
add oil to pan. stir fry chipotle peppers and onion. add chicken.
cover and simmer for 10 min.
