    3 eggs
    1oz lite smoked sausage
    1oz skim mozzerella cheese
    3 slice white whole grain bread


1. Scramble eggs add salt and pepper if desired
2. Dice up sausage into small pieces and add to eggs
3 toast the 3 slices of bread
4.After sausage and eggs are cooked sprinkkle cheese on mixture that is still in pan.
5. Divide into 3 sections and put on top of toast.
