Introduction

Members of my family have drank this and had things cured. Couldn't hurt and it tastes good.
***Remember to add your own fruit and calculate separately.

Ingredients

Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) - washed, and chopped

Carrots - 4 baby ones, washed

Brocoli stem only 1 - washed

Yogurt, fruit, 1 cup (8 fl oz) - any flavor you want

    Cabbage, fresh - 1 slice...usually my cabbage yields 8-9slices

Cucumber (with peel) - 1" piece washed

    2 Cups of ice

**I bag up the rest for the rest of the week rather than waste it.

Directions

**Yields 3 servings**

Combine the ingredients (except ice) into a blender, food processor, or smoothie mixer. Blender is easiest, but the rest work too.

Blend until well mixed (might need some water or juice to get it going, add it if you want - not calculated in)

ADD - ANY type of fruit you want, un-peeled and washed. (again, the fruit is not calculated in)

AFTER the fruit and main mixture is mixed well, add the 2 cups of ice.

**Careful of the fruid acids....in my experience too many blueberries or too much orange juice causes high acid content and is not pleasant.

**It will look gross, most likely, it is okay...

**The flavor you want comes from the fruit, DO NOT just drink this straight.

***Drink 8oz a day***
