Ingredients

    one can artichoke hearts in water, drained
    about 20 leaves of basil
    1/4 cup oil olive
    about 1/2 cup lemon
    1/4 cup pine nuts
    3 cloves of garlic
    salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend. Blend longer if you want it creamy, blend less time if you want it more chunky.
