Introduction
Great to take on a hike or to sports practice. When making these for my mom and dad I replace splenda's for the sugars, and egg beaters for the eggs and it makes a nice treat for those one special diets. Ingredients

3/4 cup skippy natural peanut butter
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/5 tsp Baking powder
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/5 cups Oatmal
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup extra dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets.
MIx in separate bowl the flour, baking soda, baking powder. Set aside.
Blend peanut butter, butter until creamy.
Blend in sugars, vanilla, eggs until well blended.
Slowley add flour mixture until well mixed.
Add oatmeal, mix well.
Stir in raisins and chocolate using a large wooden or plastic spoon.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheets, about 3 inches apart. Cook for 10 min or until brown on bottom.
Wait 5 min to remove from cookie sheet, to avoid breaking them.
