A "stays with you all morning" breakfast! A "stays with you all morning" breakfast!
Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Oats (Quaker Oats)
    3/4 cup milk (1% or Skim)
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1/2 oz raisins (miniature box)
    1 Tbsp chopped walnuts


Mix all ingredients, except walnuts, into glass bowl (big enough to compensate for boiling over). Microwave 2 minutes; stir. Microwave another 1 minute. Let stand a couple minutes. Sprinkle walnuts on top and serve. Optional, add a splash of milk after cooking.

Makes 1 serving.
