Ingredients

1 cup diced Cantaloupe
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Cilantro
2 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning Blend
4 Tilapia Filets (about 1 lb)
Olive Oil-flavored cooking spray
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a bowl combine cantaloupe, cilantro, lime juice and ½ teaspoon of Cajun Seasoning Blend (several to choose from in your market).
Lightly coat 4 Tilapia fillets (about 1 lb) with olive oil-flavored cooking spray and sprinkle with remainder of Cajun Seasoning Blend (2 teaspoons) and salt.
In large greased skillet over medium heat, cook fillets about 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once. Top fish with salsa mixture already made.
