Introduction
This is a very simple dish for cauliflower lovers:) This is a very simple dish for cauliflower lovers:)Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

1. Cauliflower - medium sized
2. Onion - 1
3. Tomato - 1
4. Green Chilly - 2
5. Sun Flower oil - 4 tbs
6. Red Chilly Powder - 1 teaspoon
7. Black Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
9. Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbs
10. Water - 1 1/2 glass
11 . Salt to taste
Garnish:

Finely chopped Coriander leaves and few pinches of red chilly flakes.
Directions
1. Cut the cauliflower into medium sized pieces and wash them thoroughly in water.
2. Now, boil one and half glass of water in a vessel, put the medium cut cauliflower pieces in it.
3. Boil it for 2 - 3 minutes. Take care that cauliflower is not boiled too much.
4. Sieve out the cauliflower from the vessel and keep aside.
5. Heat a frying pan on medium flame, pour the sunflower oil into it.
6. Once oil is hot, put the finely cut slices of onion into it. Add a pinch of salt so that onion gets cooked quickly.
7. Once onion turns golden brown, add the tomato pieces and green chilly into it and saute it.
8. Now add the cauliflower pieces into this and continue saute.
9. Add the red chilly powder, black pepper powder and garam masala to this and continue stirring it.
10. Once all the ingredients are mixed well and cooked,add the tomato ketchup to it and stir it well for 2 minutes. At the end, add salt to your taste.
11. Transfer the contents into a bowl and garnish it with some finely chopped coriander leaves and chilly flakes.
Enjoy this delicacy with chappati's or roti's.

I really liked this, and so did my daughter. I didn't have the garam masala spice, so I just substituted creole seasoning for all of the spices, but it was super. I especially like that this is not a cheese-based cauliflower recipe. Healthier, and full of vitamins. Definitely would make again - 9/10/09
