Number of Servings: 112

Ingredients

    4 lbs fresh plums pitted and chopped
    1 packet (12.5 tsp) Ball no sugar needed pectin
    .25 c sugar
    2 cups water

Directions

In a large pot cook 4 pounds of chopped pitted plums with 2 cups water. Add pectin and sugar and simmer about half an hour. Put in sterile mason jars and seal.
Makes 3.5 pints of jam (or 112 tbsp).
