Ingredients

    125g Natural Set Biopot Yoghurt - 90 Kcals
    30g Sultanas - 90 Kcals
    Half An Apple - 40 Kcals
    Cinnamon (optional)

Directions

1. Cut the apple into medium slices - bake in a grill until soft centered. Leave for 10mins to avoid curdling the yoghurt.

2. Put the yoghurt into a bowl and add the sultanas, mix.

3. Place the baked apple on top of your yoghurt, and sprinkle the cinnamon over it - (Optional).

You now have a healthy (220 Kcals) , easy breakfast that WILL fill you up until lunchtime!
