Introduction

I love the Lean Cuisine Paninis, so I thought I would make my own. It's really simple to make, and only takes a few minutes. I used different brands of the foods listed, so the nutrition facts are not the same. My panini was under 230 calories. I love the Lean Cuisine Paninis, so I thought I would make my own. Ingredients

1 piece sourdough bread (about 130 calories)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella, part skim (about 60 calories)
    **Stater Brother's brand
1/2 large mushroom (about 3 calories)
1 small tomato (about 5 calories)
3 slices deli turkey (about 30 calories)
    **Stater Brother's brand

Directions

Preparations:
-cut bread in half
-cut your 1/2 mushroom into 4 pieces
-cut your small tomato into 4 slices

Cook:
-pour about 1/2 of the mozzarella onto one half of the bread
-place one slice of tomato and one slice of mushroom on top of the cheese
-on the other half of bread, sprinkle a little bit of the cheese
-place 1 mushroom slice on the other half of bread
-layer turkey slice, mushroom, tomato, and cheese on one half of the bread
-place the two halves together
-grill

**I used a George Foreman grill, so I highly recommend using it if you have it.

If you do not have a George Foreman grill, use a pan, or a normal grill. The panini is done when the cheese has melted.

***Make It A Meal: Add 2 cups balled watermelon (100 calories)
