Ingredients

5 oz Rainer (or sweet) cherries, pitted and halved
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp tapioca flour
1/2 cup large flake oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp water
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray ramekins with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, toss cherries with sugar and tapioca flour. Set aside.
Combine the oats, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar, mixing well.
Add the water to the oat mix, and combine with your hands until you have a crumbly mixture.
Divide cherries into the sprayed ramekins and add the oat topping. Spray tops with cooking spray.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet, bake for 20-30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
