Healthy version of granola, which is normally laden with carbs and bad fat. Warm spiced nuts, plump sweet blueberries, and cream are a delectable combination and make a fabulous breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

1/2 C sliced almonds
1/2 C chopped hazelnuts
1/2 C cashews
1/2 C chopped macadamia nuts (can also bash with a rolling pin or skillet)
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
1 T ghee, melted
1 C blueberries
1/2 C half and half
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix the nuts, spices and ghee in a medium bowl. Spread over baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes - watch carefully.
Divide into 2 warm bowls. divide the berries and cream between the bowls.
